Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively seek solutions to resolve monitoring errors using research and documentation.
Troubleshoot circuits using router commands, loops, alarms, and errors.
Utilize network monitoring tools effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
Create and update tickets using Remedy.
Deep understanding and application of networking principles.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Must have DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security CE, or equivalent) at the start date.
Ability to work in a 24/7 operation environment.
Expertise in routers, switches, crypto devices, routing, and various network technologies.
